oon our Sports Basketball was the most popular feature of the N. H. A. However, football, soft ball, wol- ley ball, tumbling, and ping pong were also enjoyed by its members. Senior and junior high basketball leagues were organized for those who wished to play competitively. These fellows have found an enjoyable way to spend the noon hour ntramural Basketball Again this year Mr Roland Snow had charge of the junior High Intramurals Members of the basketball team emerging champions were jim Brackett Keith Oliver Allen Eighmy Don Peterson and Bill Ott This year the Senior High Intramural was composed of just four teams The boys played in the attic once a week and had many good times under the drrection of Mr Belrsle W 4 Back Row Allan Elghmey Don Peterson Bill Ott Front Row jim Brackett Keith Oliver

unior Prom of '5 junior Class president, Dave Jacobson, crowns his queen, Jean Steinmeyer. The most enchanting night of any school year is the night of the junior Prom. Everyone had been looking forward to the big event on May 9th, and there it was. The dance began around 8:30, and the music was supplied by the Royal Blackhawks. Couples were caught up in the enchantment and the magic of gay Paris. The gym was decorated in spring pastels. Everything was centered around the theme Spring- time in Paris. The dance was reigned over by King Dave Jacobson and Queen jean Steinmeyer. Sixty-three couples matched their steps to the strains of the Grand March. Dancing lasted until twelve-thirty, The Grand March is the high point of the evening.
