Emmett. umbling The captain of the M. H. S. tumbling team is Mickey Bundy. Under her leadership and the excellent advice of Mrs. Grier, the tumblers have worked out a series of difficult but skillfully executed stunts. They have con- tributed to half-time entertainment at several home games. Row Row Row Row Gym Leaders To be a gym leader is an honor every girl would welcome, but only fourteen girls hold this enviable position. They are leaders in physical education. Their assistance is a great help to Mrs. Grier in all the gym classes. The duties of these girls include checking showers and taking roll. Tournaments have been play- ed in basketball volley ball and soft ball. In addition to these regular tour- naments, a class tournament was play- ed in basketball. Splash parties in the Stout pool were another feature of the year's activities. Our girl athletes are rewarded at the end ot the year with pins and letters. oon our Sports Basketball was the most popular feature of the N. H. A. However, football, soft ball, wol- ley ball, tumbling, and ping pong were also enjoyed by its members. Senior and junior high basketball leagues were organized for those who wished to play competitively.
