GAA HE Girls Athletic Association was organized for the purpose of ll stimulatlng more interest in girls athletics No one can be a member of a team who is not a member of this organization A new Constitution was drawn up and formerly adopted January 1 1930 Letters are now awarded for the attainment of points The num ber of points is determined bv the numbers of hours one participates 1n specially designated sports An M is awarded for 100 points 25 of which must be earned every year. For 50 points an emblem is awarded. , A If there are any Senior girls among the graduates who have played on every team during their high school career, they are presented with a medal. This year Evelyn Hunt, Mary Novacek, Ruth Prim and Evelyn Voelker will receive medals. Each year the G. A. A. has one big party. This year it was a Hard Time Party held January 18. Esther Lee received the prize for having the most unique costume. The evening was spent in dancing and stunts.
