GRADE TEN A ClASS REPORT After a confused beginning, the small but boisterous grade 10A class ended up in the former library. The library was dark and dingy. To brighten things up, it was washed and painted. Sometimes we were aided by detention boys. Finally everyone got down to real studying. We were aided by numerous study periods but our typing, which was to be done at home, evened everything out again. Hard work which prevails in our room has been lightened by the humorous jokes or remarks by a few students. Even Mr. Konrad has added to the cheerfulness in our room by his occasional joke or fantastic story. After a long wait, we had our first party. It was a toboganning party highlighted by a film. Grade 10A has participated faithfully in all events. Our prayer meetings on Tuesday mornings have been a real blessing to us. The year has proven to be a prosperous one in which everybody has added to his wisdom both in the educational and spiritual field. JAKE THIESSEN GRADE TEN B CLASS REPORT As we gathered in our classroom on the first day of school, feelings of excitement and success seemed to pervade the atmosphere. Excitement about what was to happen to us, and success because we were now in grade ten. Although the year has not always held excitement, especially for the teachers, it has certainly been successful. The hours of enjoyment have not been few. Our first class “social” was a real success in spite of our long wait. Our favorite periods were of course P.T. and the spares; our favorite day - Friday. We also had a lot of fun celebrating the birthdays of some of our teachers. But, school was not all play. There was also a lot of hard work. After Christmas we started a First Aid Course which everyone t ook very seriously. We also took up Shakespeare’s play “King Henry IV”, which we didn’t take quite as seriously. Add up all the hard work and all the good times and you realize that we have had a model school year. DAVE REDEKOPP Compliments of CENTRAL CREDIT APPLIANCES 499 Notre Dame Ave. Ph.
