naduate MYRTLE M. MENDEL, B.R.E. Freeman, S. Dakota, U.S.A. Let me burn out for Thee, dear Lord Burn and wear out for Thee: Don’t let me rust, o ( r my life be A failure, my God,’ to Thee . . . Use ne, and all I have, dear Lord, And keep me so close to Thee That I feel the throb Of the great heart of God, Until I burn out for Thee. JOHN PETERS, B.R.E. Abbotsford, B.C. The study of God’s Word is indeed precious. However, except it find ex¬ pression in our lives it is in vain. Hence my prayer, “That (I) might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increas¬ ing in the knowledge of God.” GERHARD REIMER, Th.B. Vauxhall, Alta. “Thou hast said, ‘seek ye my face.’ My heart says to thee, ‘Thy face, Lord, do I seek’ ” (Ps. 27:8). The Lord called me to “seek His face” at M.B.B.C. and I feel that teachers and students have contributed much in help¬ ing me do so. I leave now, aware of many inadequacies but desirous of serv¬ ing Him as He gives grace.

PETER KOOP, Th.B., S.M.C. Calgary, Alta. “Oh the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God!” (Rom. 11:33a). “Teach me thy way, I Lord, that I may walk in thy truth; unite my heart to fear thy name” (Ps. 86:11). ANNE LOEWEN, B.R.E. Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont. In College I have been impressed with the greatness of God. Though we are only a minute part in His vast universe, yet He has chosen to use us for His glory. My desire is to be “as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart” (Eph. 6:16). DAVE LOEWEN, Th.B. Yarrow, B.C. While studying God’s will for man, I have been convinced that there is no Life outside of Christ, and that the Christian life consists of following Him unreservedly. Because the joy of dis- cipleship far exceeds any other, “I’d rather have Jesus than anything this world affords today.” My foremost con¬ cern is to labour constantly unto His glory.

tyiactutUet JOAN REMPEL, S.M.C. Yarrow, B.C. As the subject of a musical composi¬ tion is the principal part of that piece, so Christ is to take central place in my life. My desire is to be: “Wholly Thine, O Lord To go when Thou dost call; Thine to yield my very self In all things, great and small.” LILLIAN STOBBE, B.R.E. Abbotsford, B.C. Regarding the past I can say, “Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O Lord, according to thy Word” (Ps. 119:65). Concerning the future I would say, “Master speak! and make me ready, When Thy voice is truly heard, With obedience glad and steady Still to follow every word.” RUDY WIEBE, Th.B. Winnipeg, Man. To trace His footprints Through the white waves’ seeth, Where curlews cry And tones blanch on glazed sand, And yet hear: “I went before. You follow.”
