Class Hzstory One Ilne day ln September 1940 a herd of dogles were corralled at the MCS Ranch wlth the followlng brands Charlotte McCorm1ck, Lavonne Stelger, V1rg1n1a Hoff Sue Mahall , Murray Custer, Dennls Beckman, Cogdlll Jerry Cogdlll Evelyn Rhoades and Kohne These dogles have survlved snow floods, other hardshlps Those who rode herd the f1rSt elght years and understandlng were Blanche Ma11e Mosher Neal, Lola Og1e1 M1r1am Blum Ada Schmldt, Klaurens Ronald Dean Edna Irene dlseases and w1th patlence Barnett, Hazel and Glenn1e Several of our herd were sent to dlfferent ranches shlpped to Cal1fo1n1a DUTlDE our Dean Cogdlll went to the CCS Ranch Colorado Sprlngs A new member to seventh year was Galy Cox Evelyn We were gliduated I1om our small went to the thlrd year was the end of the second year Edna Irene Kohne CCS Ranch Jer1y Cogd1ll at the end of the fourth year, Ronald and later moved to bear our brand 1D the Rhoades deserted our pastures ln the Spflng of 1948 and journeyed on to greener pastures wlth only seven left 1U our herd The boss of MCHS Ranch was Joe J Jelllson A stray, Raymond Langford mlngled w1th our herd a short t1me and then wandeled on agaln Under cowboy Dale Kelley we dogles klcked up our heels and had a lot of fun Durlng our Jun1o1 year, we were herded West Rodeo and the sprlng we attended the blg we all took part 1U Desperate In June of 1951 Galy Cox was called to Round Up The new by cowboy Ronald Junlor Senlor Ambrose the Last Great boss of MCHS Ranch lS Donald Ferguson Thls ycar's Rodeo was called Great Caes1r's Ghost Soon we w1ll be sent to the W O R L D Ranch whlch w1ll separate ou1 herd Ou1 last Journey down the trall together whlch we w1ll lemember as ou1 sneak, w1ll be taken thls sprlng at the close of school O . j . . . , ' A la ' i I Q! .I . , . , , 1. . .
