QAM John Granger Jim Robertson Lynn Honbery Bob Harris Student leaders make '67 M-A's best Preston Hollander, Cheri Bacon, Kathy Nelson, Ann Thomas, and Tina Decker attend 6th period meeting. Menlo-Atherton's fine government was the foundation of the great events that occurred during the year. Under the guidance of President John Granger, the 1967 Executive Board performed their duties by seeing that the school budget was managed efficiently and that the government was run smoothly. The duties of the Legislative council range from the amending of the Constitution to the reporting of their meeting to each Social Studies class. The Leg Council also managed the sale and distribution of a school directory containing telephone numbers of the entire student body. With the help of the Leg Council, headed by Jim Robertson, the A.S.M.A. Constitution was revised so that it could more effectively represent the needs of the students. Much was accomplished this year towards attaining better relations between students and government. -f
