Mr. Joe Blankenship Supervisor — Menifee Co. Schools Mr. Joe Blankenship joined the Administrative Staff in July, 1977 as Instructional Supervisor, School Health Coordinator, and Title I Supervisor. He holds a B.A. in History and P.E. from More- head University, an M.A. in Health and Educa- tion, and obtained his Supervisory Certificate in 1977. 9

Mrs. Ruth Bryant Director of Pupil Personnel Mrs. Ruth Bryant became the Director of Pupil Per- sonnel in July. 1977. She received her A.B. degree from Pikeville College and her M.A. in Education from More- head State University.
