Standing: Julie Hamilton, Katrina Harner, Lisa Crider, Heather Jones, Bridget Hunt, Nikki Piercy, Coach Charlie Miller. Girl's Basketball The junior high girl's basketball team, coached by Charlie Miller, found themselves in the middle of a winning season. Seventh ano eighth grade girls leaereo cooperation and teamwork and the benefits of both. Hard work, dedication, and strong desire brought this team to a successful end. Kneeling: Matt Grieshop, Scott Dicke, Shawn Engle, Ryan Trisel, Travis Hicks, Standing: Tracy Barber, Rudy Rasberry, Jeff Krugh, Coach Paul Woeste, Mark Snider, Aaron Frey, Rod Louth. Boy's Basketball Mr. Woeste and his junior high boys worked hard on the basics of basketball as they proceeded through their season. Some skills learned were passing, defense and offensive patterns, and teamwork. Boys learned to work together toward a common goal. Although the scores seldom tipped in Men don's favor the boys grew as athletes and ended the season winners. 24
