We organized this club in order to promote good sportsmanship. The requirements for eligibility and maintaining membership were that each girl that joined must have an average of 80 per cent and no failing grades on her report card. We started the year with a bang-up good time at a shindig consisting of a banquet, games, speeches, and all the trimmings. Also, at the beginning of the year we took a hike. Mrs. Garwlck, and Mrs. Brants were our chaperones. We had a grand time. The rest of our time has been consumed with sponsoring worthwhile projects such as, a basketball supper, beauty queen election and a stunt for chapel. Now at the end of the year we feel that we really have accomplished something and are very grateful to our advisor, Mrs. Garwlck. 24
