Business The Business courses at Mendel provide an everyday knowledge of business transactions as well as a foundation for future careers in the business world. The student can learn stand- ardized bookkeeping techniques if he is interested in accounting or, if he is more inclined to the legal aspects of business, he can study contracts and transactions. Typing, a basic skill for either college or clerical careers, is also part of the curriculum. With offerings in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, the department explores all areas of the scientific field.
