Juniors This year's Junior Class prepared to take on the responsibilities of school leadership by supporting the seniors in their efforts to overcome student apathy. ln the Student ,Senate, the iuniors also initiated their own action. The formation of the Grievance Committee, for example, was largely the result of work done by junior representatives. ln other activities as well the juniors gave every indication that they would be able to assume the responsibilities of seniors next year. Many iuniors also began planning beyond their high school years by preparing for col- lege. With the help of Mendel's Guidance Department, iuniors began gathering information about colleges and taking tests. The Junior Class not only made the T973-74 school year one to remember but they also began to apply their spirit and pride to future years.
