autumn brings rush Rush, Rush, Rush . . . Party, Party, Party . . . Morning, noon, and night the hectic pre-school sorority rush „ . . Smile, be nice and talk to the darlings. Choosing your future actives goes on throughout the week. Skits, teas, and parties bring the young freshman girls into the overwhelming activities of college and enable the ever present actives to determine their future pledges. Both future pledges and actives begin to drag from the mental and physical pressures as the days wear on . . . but finally the big day arrives and rushees receive their bids . . . The fake facade may be lifted . . . the sore feet may be soaked . . . Don ' t tell me your troubles — I went through rush! Oh, come on; where is my hid? 12
