The two most contributing factors toward the losing season was the lack of indoor practice and a key injury to All Macomb County pitcher, Mike Bourgois. The future, however, looks very talented players returning for the 1979 season and Coach Clement’s J.V. team coming off a championship year. Most Valuable Player: Larry Fraley.
