Today, Central students realize the val- ue of obtaining a substantial introduction to modern mathematical ideas and their de- velopment. Our program provides strong foundations in the processes which are fun- damental to our modern scientific, commer- cial, industrial, and social systems. In the physical sciences, which are based on these mathematical principles, we are instructed by competent teachers provided with well- equipped facilities. The practical application of the laws of nature and the universe, those principles that form a basis for the develop- ment and stimulation of further knowledge continue to be stressed as basic to the im- provement of modern civilization.
