This change is due to the untiring efforts of S sgt. Ira B. Morton, band director, and Mr. King and to the financial back- ing of the P.T.A. and the alum- ni. The entire school was sorry to see S sgt. Morton transferred by the Army. We hope someday to have the fine band for which he was working. Sgt. Morton, Poole and Sutherin (leaders in Xmas card sale) smile as Warrior Mgrs. McClean and Kahn, along with P.T.A. president, Mrs. M. M. Mattice, present Mr. King checks for band uniforms. ar nh
