Sophomores ionic earns cash for future prom In an effort to raise money in some way other than their previous agazine sales, sophomore officers rganized something new to emorial . . . a picnic. We really enjoyed participating in he picnic, said Nancy, the kids ere great and seemed to really have good time. The National Honor Society had tables of goodies set up for the sophomores to buy and munch on. We had members bring food, such as cookies and brownies, for the sophomores to buy, said NHS member Ann Rembert. It really turned out to be a lot of fun, Susan concluded, and most important of all, the class really showed a sense of closeness - we've got a great class. The picnic was a good idea because it gave all of us sophomores a chance to get together on a Saturday and just play around and have a good time, said Sophomore Katie Ear- thman.
