Some students were not so used to the school, but they formed quick opinions and blended in readily. Sophomore Dale Spencer, from Leeds, England, said, lt's a hell ofa lot harder than English schools. The rules are strict, but in the long run, this school is the best school l've ever been at. Some changes took place for sophomores who were interested in clubs and organizations. The field was now open to them in such organizations as SAMM'S, Young Life, Spanish Honor Society, Mao- Saps and Markettes. Many sophomores took advantage of these clubs and became active in them.
