Class President Steve Smith said, Because we had 53,600 left over from junior Carnation Sales, We weren't really pressed for funds. We tried a fevv small projects but concentrated mainly on the successful outcome of the Senior Prom. Being a senior vvas more than the prom. It was one hour lunches off campus, homeroom once a week and numerous activities labeled senior privileges. These privileges ranged from being able to get out of school tvvo periods earlier than underclassmen, to being able to wear club tee-shirts to school.
