The echo of Hola Paco, que tal? could be readily distinguished in Upper Red, where attempts at Castillian sometimes became more like glorified Tex-Mex. An artist From Guadalajara demonstrated his as sculpturing techniques r for art and Spanish students. The Spanish Club's first activity was a taco and nacho booth at the Carnival. Profits were used to Sponsor an Easter party for underprivileged children at Wesley House. Club members overran Pancho's at the spring banquet. Dede Mruphy prepares a taco for a hungry Carnival-goer. Students examine the works of Mexican artist Maletan Salas. Students at Memorial were offered five courses from which to choose their required two years of foreign language.
