Celebrates 25 Years as Superintendent ae, it L. Dr. Landrum's tamity smiles with pride at the banquet observing his superintendent. Honoring Dr. Landrum on his twenty-tive years ot service. the P-TA Area Council and the Spring Branch Teachers Association held a banquet November 30 at the Rice Hotel. Master ot Ceremonies was Dr. Arvin Donner ot the University ot Houston and Judge Thomas J. Stovall was guest speaker. The iudge compared Dr. Landrum to such personages as Churchill and Eisenhower tor the pro- gress which has been made under his guidance. A book ot several hundred letters trom school and State otticials, triends and admirers, was presented as a token ot gratitude to Dr. Landrum. Judge T. J. Stovall, the main spealcer at the banquet, called Dr. Landrum an outstanding man ot our times.
