Later, coordinating the Sangerfest became their all-important occupation. Then the MUGS began preparation for their production in the annual Texas Association of German Students convention, held in Dallas during April. Spanish Club Hosts Mexican Students Entertaining Mexican exchange students was the most important and interesting project under- taken by the MHS Spanish Club. Four students lived for four weeks with Spring Branch and Me- morial residents and arrived just in time to cele- brate the holiday season with club members. Open to all Spanish students, the club proposes to aid Spanish classes in the practice of conversational Spanish and to deepen the student's knowledge of the culture of both Spain and Latin American countries.
