Later, coordinating the Sangerfest became their all-important occupation. Then the MUGS began preparation for their production in the annual Texas Association of German Students convention, held in Dallas during April. Sponsor Jail at Senior Round-Up The purpose of Wranglers, Memorial’s senior boys’ club, is to promote school spirit, to assist at school functions, such as pep rallies and the bonfire, and to act as a service club to the administration. At the Senior Carnival, the Wranglers spon- sored the jail and served as sheriffs and deputies, rounding up all law-breakers.
