Reserve Officers Training Corps ln an effort to maintain a well-trained supply of military per- sonnel, ROTC provides many opportunities to develop leadership. By participating in various military teams, such as llonor Guard, Color Guard, Drill Team, and Rifle Team, cadets become aware of pride in performance. ROTC, in essence, is in the business of pro- ducing responsible gentlemen. Durability, perseverenee, and determination are a few of the qualities instilled from active involvement in this organization, which, since its conception in l967, has had an intense desire to strive for excellence in competition and training.
