MR. ALFRED FARLEY It's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game. Such phrases are characteristic of the principles by which Coach Al Farley lives and teaches. Those who have played under him know that they have gained much more than the knowledge of how to play a game, for they have learned how to take defeat as well as victory. Those who have been associated with him have acquired such high principles as decency, honesty, and integrity-qualities which go into the making of well-rounded men. With keen interest and pride he watches the development of those whom he has coached. For these reasons, we the class of 1956, sincerely and proudly dedicate our yearbook to one who has taught us how to live with our fellow-men.
