cmdafz Elma Oggam Left to right: William Levesque, Vice President, Barry Weaver, President, Patricia'Hearn, Treasurer. Absent: joan jefferson, Secretary. am2vz6Za4471 f'64towq Attention! The Class of '55 proudly presents an account of the many activities it has undertaken during the past three years. As freshmen we established something brand new-a class council to work for the betterment of the class. In our Freshman election Barry Weaver was chosen President, William Levesque, Vice President, Joan jefferson, Treasurer, and Beverly Belrose, Sec- retary. We ended our first year with an Eighth grade-Freshman social. In our Sophomore year we continued our bandwagon of events with William Leves- que, President, Barry Weaver, Vice Presidentg joan jefferson, Secretary, and Francis Medeiros, Treasurer. A Come As You Are dance on May 8 highlighted the Sopho- more year. Entering our third year at M.H.S., we elected Barry Weaver, President, William Levesque, Vice President, joan jefferson, Secretary, and Patricia Hearn, Treasurer. The biggest event of the year was the Junior Prom under the able direction of our capable advisor, Miss O'Neil. As juniors we added two new members to the Silver Society, making a total of seven from our class. The members are Joan jefferson, Barry Weaver, Kenneth Morti- mer, Patricia Hearn, Francis Medeiros, Lester Andrews, and Mary Sylvia. Scholastically, the class held its own by having twenty-two initiated into the Pro Meri- to Society. The Class of '55 has produced some outstandingathletes, notably William Levesque, Lawrence MacDonald fCo-Captains of the 1954-1955 football teamj, Lester Andrews, and Kenneth Mortimer. A few of our outstanding girl athletes are joan jefferson, Gerel Washburn, Carolyn Gravelin, and Jane Freitas. We have one more year at M.H.S., and you can be sure we'l1 continue to add to our long list of achievements. MARY SYLVIA ROBERT ESTES
