At the end of our sophomore year the present junior class elected their class officers. Sue Critten, Jackie Hoselton, Barbara Roebuck, Kenneth Cattarin, Kenneth Lutz, and Jerry Wal- ter were elected to the student council . Ann Shuffelton was elected assistant business manager of the Mirror with Paul Young elected assistant editor. When school convened in the fall the junior class set aboutto make a mark for itself. Many juniors made the football team and contributed to the very successful season. Under the di- rection of Miss Codington the junior class staged the very successful play The Little Dog Laughed. Juniors played on the basketball team. We gave the Junior-Senior Reception in honor of the graduating seniors. All in all we believe '52-'53 school year has been a very successful year for the junior class. 23
