MWMMWWMMMWMVWMMA- Student Counci The Student Council promoted many new policies this year. They put less emphasis oni selling concessions and more on general com- munication through representatives from our school and other area schools. A Coordina- tion Committee was formed and Miss Tibbits, a new typing teacher, took over the position of the Councills co-advisor. Publications were distributed to inform students and encourage involvement. ' Kerry Lou Mathison explains publications on the dress code.

On bus trips, students find time to discuss Impor- Pep Club officers: Rhonda Garman, V. Pres.g Linda tant issues. Skeels, Treas.g Vauri Henre, Pres.g and Mrs. Ray. Missing from picture: Karen Thompson, Membership Chrm. Energetic Members Achieve Pep Mx Carole Mills hangs one of hundreds of Pep Club signs. Memorial's Pep Club gained a new advi- sor this year, Mrs. Ray. The club's first profit- making activity was the fall candle sale. Sponsoring dances was another fund-raising activity of the Pep Club. With one of the fea- tured bands being the Mother Goose from Menomonie. Bus trips were scheduled to many away football and basketball games. The club also bought materials for the Rebound Rally deco- rations. This year members used papier mache Walt Disney characters to represent the theme It's Only Make Believe. An all-expense-paid trip was planned for the end ofthe year. Dumbo the Elephant comes to life with the help of Debbie Peterson. -F 5 as
