W Amateurs Strive for Professionalism Thespians, Front Row: J. Anderson, S. Quayle, A. Dooley, L. Brumberg, B. Dean. Back Row: B. Nowak, P. Botsford, J. Buttenhoff, R. Ross, S. Robinson, L. Breitman, K. Midelfort, L. Patterson, J. Solander. Thespian skit won third place award on skit night. Thespian officers Jean Anderson, Sue Quayle, Ann Dooley, and Bill Dean headed this year's activities by helping to initiate new members into the club. Six Footlighters gained the necessary twenty points needed to be accepted and brought the fall membership to fourteen. Troup 1660 also put on a play and sponsored a series of short experimental films entitled Genesis I. Footlighters, Rossie Ross and Barb Nowak, cautious- ly watch for Thespians during their initiation.
