The newest edition to the music department of Memorial High is Mr. Albert Johnson director of both choir and orchestra. He formerly tught at a high school in Shenan- doah, Iowa. t,,,-me FIRST ORCHESTRA - From Roux- D. Anderson, A. Tealy, C Ecker, J. Thompson, C. Clopp. Ron T14 Of B. Bal-'er, C. Mortimore T. Martin, G. Eliot, S. Zimmerman, C. Milward. Back Roux' M. Lynnes, D. Sorlie, S. Garton. Zing Went The Strings . . .! The stirring strains of a concerto or a symphony filled the halls of Memorial High as the members of the first orchestra prepared for their concerts. Under the direction of Mr. Albert Johnson, M. H. Sfs orchestra presented mo concerts, one at Christ- mas and the second in the spring, and participated in the March Variety Show. The year was climaxed with the annual orchestra trip.
