CLASS OFFICERS seniors A juniors ► sophomores M Each incoming class at Melrose High School elects a certain number of students to represent if in school government Doth the Student Congress and the Class Officers ore responsible for plonning a wide variety of activities. The Congress, with the help of their advisor Mr Hosserr, is in charge of rhe annual Christmas Party for special needs children This year ' s parry was a definite success Refreshments were served and entertainment was provided by rhe MHS chorus and brass ensemble Also on hand was Mayor Milano who delivered a brief and well-received speech. Topping off rhe afternoon was rhe appearance of Santa Claus carrying gifts for all the children. The Senior Officers, led by President John DiModica organized a great Halloween Party They are also in charge of the annual Winter Ball and Senior Prom. With President Nancy Connors, the Junior Officers arranged their own prom and collected class dues, while President Michelle Varney and the sophomore officers have the responsibility of raising money for future events. All the officers would like to thank Mr DeGeorge and Mrs Moulaison, Senior Officer advisors, Mr Poulos and Mrs. Luongo, Junior Officer ad- visors and Mrs. Corrabis and Miss MacCauley, Sophomore advisors Their dedication is greatly appreciated
