SCIENCE CLUB The aim of the Science Club is to stimulate interest in scientific ac- tivities. In March it sponsored the annual Science Fair which exhibited student projects in the fields of biology, chemistry, physics, and electronics. The Science Club is sponsored by the science teachers, Mr. Todd, Mr. McGregor and Mr. Einem.

LETTERMAN'S CLUB The Letterman's Club is an organization consisting of boys and girls who, by partici- pating in some sport, by cheer1eading,or by managing a sport,have earned an award letter. One of the main events of the Letterman's Club is the annual Homecoming Dance held after the homecoming game. Also, each year, at the close of the football season, a football banquet is held, after which the Letterman's Club sponsors the annual Letter- man's Dance. However, the main purpose of this organization is creating and keeping good sports- manship at a high point throughout the entire year.

Third row: Kam McGinnis, Gail Furthman and Virginia Wargelin. UNIOR RED CROSS The Junior Red Cross is the youth organization of the Red Cross. The J. R, C, Youth Council, sponsored by Miss Jane Leaf and Miss Marianne Browning, is the guiding body of the organization and is in charge of all its projects. The council sponsored the membership drive in November, when every high school student joined. They also made tray favors for the hospitals at Key West and Patrick Air Force Base. The main project of the council was the high school chest. 'I'his chest was made by the Industrial Arts Class and was filled by the council, with the money obtained from many projects, This summer, one boy and one girl will be selected to attend the J. R, C. Training Center in North Carolina, to learn about the Junior Red Cross.
