DIVERSIFIED COOPERATIVE TRAINING Diversified Cooperative Training - usually called DCT - is a program of training offered in the jun ior and senior years of high school and is designed to prepare students of employable age for job effi- ciency in a variety of occupadons through utilizing the business and industrial establishments of the community as training agencies. Employers provide jobs on which student - learners receive planned and suprevised training over a sufficient period of time to fix the needed skills, and they cooperate with the school in setting up schedules of related study necessary to bring about the combination of skills and knowledge that makes the difference between a well trained employee and the average worker, IJYKIATKIII!
