The score was l5-l2- The same was held in the Mel beta gymnasium in November 1945. They were defeated November 27 with a score of 14-7 in favor of Liberty. They were again defeated December 7, 1945- This game was also played at Melbeta. The score was 15-5 in favor of the Creighton Valley School. The Junior High Tournament was held at Sunflower February 18. The Grade School Tournament was held at the Liberty high school on February 21. Melbeta lost the first game to Morrill, and the second game to McGraw, They finished there basketball sea- son at the Mitchell tournament February 23. They won their first game from Morrill and lost to Torrington, Wyoming after Out-POiHtinS them during the second half. Mitchell won the tournament. The F d ' h H N ara e Sc ool B team played Lake Miratare on February 16 and lost by a score of 59-7. The Grade School WAN team play- ed East Gering Valley and lost by a score of 16-24.
