Mr Bernard who has been at the helm kept her on a straight and progiessive course Mr Bernards successful supervision of the three Mehlville Schools is a praise worthy accomplishment Every student has felt the weight of his excellent Judg ment A native son Mr Bernard graduated from Oakville Public School and furthered his education at St Pauls Parochial School and Perkinson Herple Commercial College of St Louis 1903 found Mr 115 Gaptam MR EMIL H C BERNARD Bernard at Southeast Missouri State Col for four years and graduated with a B Ph degree The athletic department benefited by our superintendents ab1l1ty at Cape foi he was outstanding in baseball and football A B S Degree at Missouri Un1 versity and a post graduate course at Washington University concluded our Captain s extensive education We look forward to many more years with Mr Bernard at the helm of our ship for his presence assures us of a majestic voyage of our ship for over three decades, has lege at Cape Girardeau where he remained 'ug 1' fin'
