TO OUR DEAR FRIEND LILLIE FAYE QBABEJ BROWN Babe Brown was born near Megargel Texas She was the daughter of Mr and Mrs H E Brown Mr Brown was a farmer and was the lirst Postmaster of 'Vlegargel Post Office Don t have the birth date of Babe Brown but was probably 1910 or 1911 She spent her entire school days in Megargel School Not long after Graduation she married Dave Hughes a musician and actor Red Jones a nightclub ow ner in West Texas or New Mexico Babe and Red had one son Babe lived in England at one time where her son was living and working Babe is now in a nursing home somewhere in California and her mind and body have deteriorated to where she doesn t know who she is or where she is fwrztten bv O V Hampton! 1 . , . . , .
