FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA school The Meeker F.F.A. Chapter held its first meeting of the year in September, l956. The officers for the year were elected. In the October Chapter meeting, thirteen freshmen boys were initiated into the Chapter. In November, fourteen of our members received the Chapter Farmer Degree at a Lincoln County number County. Master F.F.A. meeting held at Davenport. This was the largest of Chapter Farmer Degrees of any chapter in Lincoln Two Meeker F.F.A. members are applying for the Junior Farmer Degree, which is the states highest degree. The Chapter participates in local, district, state and national shows, fairs, contests, and judging events throughout the year. The boys at the left compose the Meeker F. F. A. Poultry which won first Lincoln County and placed hth the Oklahoma Judging team place at the Poultry Show as a team at State Poultry Show which is the largest poultry show in the world. They are: Richard Wilson, Larry DuBoise, Clarence Roberts, Dick Irwin, and Mr. Merrell Dilks, Advisor.

Second semester plans call for open house 3 daddy-date Valentine party, attending the State F.H.A. Rallyg celebrating National F.H.A. Weekg attending church in a groupg having an assembly programg Mother-Daughter Banquetg style show and teag and a tea for the senior girls, their mothers, and the faculty.
