The Reunion It's always fair weather When good fellows meet together- When autumn departs and the winter days follow, When we round up the year in a jovial way And pause for a moment from chasing the dollar To join the good fellows we knew yesterday, What a pleasure to find them, To slip up behind them With a slap on the shoulder, To call back our school days, Our glad days, our fool days At the grand yearly Banquet that's given by old High. Oh, we sit 'round the table, grown sadder, grown older, And talk of the glad days we didn't prize them: When each High boy went 'round with a chip on his shoulder And knew more of life than the wisest of men- We praise our professors, We once deemed oppressorsg We ask who has married and who's still girl shy- And we sigh heavy-hearted 0'er comrades departed Since the last Banquet given to the grads of old High. Oh, some have grown wealthy and some have fared badly, Some honored and some going fast down the hillg Some have lost the fair vision they once chased so madly, But all are the same honest school fellows still. So when all get together We see but fair weather And the cares and the worries of life we put by, And we toast as a starter Our dear Alma Mater At the Banquet they give to the grads of old High.

Our high school days were finished many years ago, yet they are still ever present: we are carrying them with us, not only impressed upon our memory, but a very part of us mentally, morally and physically. In the years that have passed this school training has formed an important part in our experiences and achievements. The opportunities of the class room have passed, but the opportunity for making the most of what we have acquired in M. H. S. is still with us. Our ways are now parted, Our school days have fled, Thy halls and thy classrooms No more we shall tread: But often in mem'ry The fair scenes we view, And in dreams return, Alma Mater, to you.
