24 Mr. William Matson To meet the growing need for improved training of teen-age drivers Medina High School maintains a half- year driver education course. Taught by Mr. William Matson it offers the student knowledge in the fields of automobile mechanism and care, state motor vehicle regulations, and safety rules. This program is the most effective long-range means of reducing traffic accidents to a minimum. Through driver education stu- dents learn self-discipline, self-guidance, and concern for the safety of others.
