hese ... of the Beginning Yes, we finally made it to the top! First through split sessions as freshmen because of a lack of space, and then again our Senior year due to the lack of energy; not our energy, but fuel energy. The Great Blizzard closed the schools, but we still maintained our partial sanity. The four-year struggle was tough, but the tough got going, and the Class of '77 had some great times that we will never forget. We've had winning and losing teams, and our girls basketball team will be long remembered. Math class was boring, but remember how great the bell sounded when it finally rang? And who could forget the many doughnut runs to Buehlers? Throughout our four years at Medina, there were always many people backing our class. Mrs. Parman, whom we all owe a great deal to, and our class officers have also done a great job for us. The class officers were Linda Hoffmann, Treasurer; Cheryl Spendlove, Secretary; Dot Klopp, Vice President; and Peggy Polomsky, President. As we walk out the doors of Medina High for the last time, we'll be entering a whole new world of learning, one MHS has tried to prepare us for. Though life changes, we must go with confidence and accept what must be, and not look back at what we have left behind, but rather at what the future holds in store for us.
