In our time of ever-improving trans- portation and com- munication, it is be- coming in creasingly essential to have at least a working knowledge of a sec- ond language. Many students realize this and elect to study a language. At Medina the student has a choice of Latin, French, German, or Spanish. Latin is of- fered for two years, French and German for four each, and Spanish for five, in- cluding an advanced placement course. Industrial Arts Department The industrial arts department is one of the most diversified in the school. It offers a variety of courses ranging from the basic to the very technical.
