Rick Ganyard confidently works a problem for Teresa Kaszian and Mr. Brewer during ninth period math class. is essential In the space age with science and math being brought to the forefront, schools are always on the alert to prepare their students to meet the challenging needs of the world. Our school is no exception. Science courses include physics, regular and chem-study approach to chemistry, biology in two approaches and physical science for fresh- men. This year the math department added a course in ungraded math and a math IV course for those seniors who do not wish to take AP math. This course includes instruction of the slide rule and analytical geometry. Courses in geometry, trig, algebra and general math are also offered to students. Dave Judkins makes his adjustments as Marge Bonadio does the frowning as the survey team prepares to go to work to complete an assignment in AP math. 27
