MARTI McCOACH Marti Me Coach was one of this year ' s attendants in the Home- coming festivities. As a sophomore, Marti played in Marching and Concert Band while also becoming a reserve cheerleader. Throughout senior high school she has maintained a membership in GAA and Y-Teens. Marti has been in GLC, Dramatics Club, and Thespians for the last two years of school and a member of the Girls ' Basketball Team in the tenth grade. In her senior year she added to her already busy schedule Pep Club, Choir, Choralettes, CAA and Student Council. Acting as vice-president of the Thespians in her final year, she held positions on the merit roll in both her sophomore and junior years. CHARLIE McEWEN Charlie McEwen, one of our radio hams, has dealt chiefly in the field of sports. In his junior year Charlie became quite inter- ested in school activities. He was a member of the track and football teams which entitled him to membership in Letterman ' s Club. As a senior, he again joined the football team but also worked as assistant art editor on the MEDINIAN staff. Charlie will long remember the football banquet in his senior year for he walked away with all the honors. He was awarded the trophy for the most out- standing football player, elected honorary captain by the team, and was selected to be on the All-County and All-Conference teams. BARBARA McFADDEN Barbara McFadden has been in two major extra-curricular activities during her stay at Medina High. In her sophomore year Barb took up FHA. As a junior, she renewed her membership in FHA while also singing in the soprano section of the Choir. Having reached the last stage of her high school education, Barb continued to be in the Choir. ALAN MELLE Alan Melle attended Glenwood High School in Canton, Ohio, as a sophomore. At Glenwood, he played on the football and basketball teams. HOLLY KOPPELBERGER Holly Koppelberger, one of our devoted Democrats, has been primarily interested in the vocal department of our school. She was one of the few girls to be selected for a position in Choir in her sophomore year at Medina High. Remaining in Choir throughout the balance of her high school career, Holly, a soprano, was chosen to sing in Choralettes in her junior year and again in her senior year. Besides politics, Holly spends her spare time either riding her horse, dancing, or baking. LARRY MARSH Larry Marsh has not had much time to take part in very many extra-curricular activities during his high school career. In his sophomore year Larry joined the school cross-country team. Since then he has been busy either working or enjoying the sports of fish- ing, hunting, and shooting. MARY ALICE MAST Mary Alice Mast, a former resident of Medina, attended Criders- ville High School as a sophomore where she sang in the Glee Club and played on the Girls ' Basketball Team. As a junior, she transferred to Lima, Ohio. In her final year of high school Mary Alice returned to Medina. Among her outside enjoyments she collects interesting types of shells. LYDIA McCLAIN Lydia McClain, known to all of us as Diana, is a devoted rock- and roll fan. In her second year of senior high school Diana joined in the program of FHA.

Maintaining her grades paid off when Sherry ' s name was placed on the merit roll in her sophomore year. FRAN MILLER Fran Miller, one of our busy bees, has tried all types of activ- ities during her three-year stay. Fran took up a three-year member- ship in both GAA and Marching and Concert Band. As a junior, she became a member of GLC and a worker on the MEDINIAN ' s advertising staff. In Fran ' s senior year, she was the president of GLC, which automatically made her a member of the Student Coun- cil. She was then appointed the Student Council ' s historian for the year. Fran ' s name appears on the merit roll in both her sophomore and junior years through constant effort scholastically on her part. JANET MILLER Janet Miller came to Medina from Brunswick, Ohio, in her junior year of high school. As a senior, Janet has taken interest in the FHA group of our school. Among her hobbies she enjoys roller skating. LARRY MOON Larry Moon returned to Medina in his final year of high school.
