-W-if 3 Nidfils tgwgwg My ,g3 'Psg ,,,j'M 'f'f,4 vga' Jap, Jen, The ten high seniors as of February 1949 FIRST ROW Lois Miller Pat Leidorf Nancy Lawrence Jean Nichols SECOND ROW Margaret Freese Gwen Gibbs Margret Dreibelbls Kay Southard THIRD ROW Bill Davenport Alan Batchelder lClAfliC.ZfDI'L0 Outstanding among the honors to which members of the senior class look forward are those that are accorded to the seniors ranking at the top of their class scholastically and academically. To be included in this group one must maintain a high grade average during the four-year high school career. Com- petition is usually keen and it takes consistent effort on the part of those who remain in the group until the end of their senior year. Out of the number of these honor students come a vale- dictorian the person with the highest average and a saluta- torian who has the second highest rank. -.A 23
