DECEMBER: 3 Lyceum-Pat Reed shows Indian rel- ICS. 4 Freshman party. 5 Basketball with Attica-we beat them 41 to 13. 6 Medicine Lodge Indians to Cathedral. We were beat 40 to 33. 9 Indians go to Alva: they beat us 34 ' to 30. 11 F. F. A. party. 12 Kiowa comes to challenge the Indians, but they get beat 51 to 30. 15 Faculty Christmas party-Was Santa good to you! 16 Medicine goes to Preston to get beat 51 to 30. 17 Hi-Y party. 19 Indians romp on Anthony basketeers and defeat them 32 to 18. 8 APRIL! 2 194 -48 22 Christmas Program by music and speech departments. 24 Christmas vacation to January 5- welcome relief. JANUARY: 6 Basketball at Harper--Indians defeat- ed Bearcats 33 to 20. 7-10 Medicine Lod e Invitational Tournament-Medicine Lodge, first: Sharon, Second, Argonia, thirdg lsa- bel, consolation. Caldwell comes here and is defeated 48 to 39. End of semester-school is now half gone. Basketball at Kiowa-Kiowa was de- feated 37 to 19. Indians visit Attica-Bulldogs are de- feated 48 to 22. -23 No school because of gas shortage. Anthony comes to visit Indians-Med- icine Lodge, 52: Anthony 41. FEBRUARY: 2 All school party. 5-7 Mr. Forker and Mr. Anderson at- tend Council of Administration at Hutchinson. Mr. Kindig attends Delegate Assembly. Harper Bearcats lose their game here. Faculty meeting at 8200 p. m. They see film, Tips for Teachers. Coldwater loses game here. Senior clinic. Snow storm keeps vis- iting schools away. Good clinic. No school, gas company's orders. Basketball at Kingman. -18 Southern Kansas League second team tournament at Harper. Basketball game at Caldwell. Mother-Daughter covered dish supper. Basketball at Coldwater. End of six weeks.
