g E 7 .fd Wurde 5 Pager God, let me forget myself and be able to think for the good of others Let me be big in thought and in deed-keep me from pettiness and littleness Help me to put you first in my life-to be able to live a Christ-like life As I work, let me be able to be cheerful and if I can comfort, let me, if I can heal, let me, and if I can soothe and ease, let me Let me have an open mind-help me to think things through and be able to distinguish right from wrong Let me have a thankful heart-to be able to count my blessings and know that my troubles are small Help me to be friendly, cheerful, and unselfish Let my mind be free from evil thoughts-instead help me to have Clean, pure and sincere ideas and thoughts. Be with my family, my friends and those whose friendship has meant nothing to me. Let my thinking be so rational that my sense of value broadens and I seek their companionship and friendship. By myself, without you, I overlook these people because of disin terest-Let mutually beneficial friendships be formed. Keep me honest-outwardly as well as inwardly and keep me from gossip and slander. Let me give freely of my talents, my abilities and myself whenever and where ever needed. Let me be aware when opportunity presents itself. Bless the sorrowful, the sick, the depressed and grieved. Give them some reason to cling to hope. Help the insecure: give them security-help those who feel inferior, give them confidence in themselves and in others. Let the people who thoughtlessly swear and use your name in vain repent and try to overcome this habit-if in anyway I can help them, let me. God, let me want to be a Christian.
