Pathology taught us the vocabulary, Micro taught us the dif- ference between pink and blue, Pharm taught us a vo- cabulary we had to relearn, And ICLM taught us how to diagnose the diseases we convinced ourselves we had. Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I would like to welcome you to this informal conference on adrenergics. Before we begin, I have several announcements to make and I hope you will bear with me while I make them. First of all concerning the film series. Because of poor at- tendence at the optional film series, we have decided to make the optional films required and the required films optional. There will be a required film this afternoon. The film is clinically oriented and is titled The effects of Ouabain on the denervated clam heart. The last part of the Pharmacology Handbook is ready for distribution. People will be able to pick up the pages at two different times. Those in the alphabet from A-W can come from 11:40 to 1 1:45 A.M.. Those names from X-Z can pick up their pages from 2: to 5:00 P.M.. We arranged two times to avoid long waiting. There will be a Pharmacology quiz next week. We hope every- one has received a secret number and that you will remember it. However, if you forget your number, there will be a list of names and numbers outside this Pharmacology office before this quiz. A question was raised about the format of our quizzes and whether we are using the same questions as last year. We are using the same questions, but the answers have been changed. Thank you O CD 3 CD O O in o -o o 3 o CD
