M, glam Uh! how we hated the thoughts of leaving for Muni For the first time in two years, each of us must leave our fellow classmates and go to spend two months at Philadelphia Hospital for Contagious Diseases, out in the midst of all those graveyards. The gown and hand technique we felt would become monotonous, but to our surprise they became the major part of the nursing procedures used in the care of the rare and interesting eases we encountered. Each girl was a little apprehensive from tales told by preceding groups, but soon our apprehension turned to conndence. With keys in our pockets, and a set of do's and don'ts, we worked with and for our patients. With our curriculum and extra curricular activities, we passed our days. Hydroftherapy, electricfshock treatment and occupational therapy became daily routine, as did our par' ties, picnics, and movies planned for the patients.
