The Womecho-1933 cnior Class History ERIC we arc, adorned with the honor of being the first class to go through all three years in this new hospital. 'e fra ierec o fe icr c o er . 30-a larwc and am- Natl lt tl Otb1,19 g bitious group of l'robies to begin our lives as nurses. At the end of two months our class was capped and we set out to learn more each day. The first year went along quickly. Many good times were had by all but with news of vacation time each girl began to count the days until she could return home for that delightful time which goes so quickly. October 1, 1931, brought to us the new title of Juniors. Immediately plans were made for a Hallowe'en Party which was enjoyed by all. Class Pins were then selected and the class began to get a more sound foundation to carry on their bit as Juniors The year sped along with much rapidity and before we knew it vacation time had come and gone and we were the new Seniors. October 1, 1932, shone down on us as the next graduating class. 1Ve had no doubt grown smaller but were still able to carry on the work expected of us. 1Ve entertained the outgoing Seniors and bade them all good-bye before we settled down to our own activities. Class rings were bought, plans for a Year Book were dis- cussed, when suddenly each girl began to realize her training were soon over. Commencement grows nearer and soon we will be held in the minds of the girls as just the Class of 1933 that was small but able to do their share toward expanding the beloved Hos- pital of the 1Voman's Medical College of Pennsylvania.
