L. il l The first Annual Pie-Throw was sponsored by the Medicine class of '79 to raise money for the operation of the free clinic, which is staffed by the faculty and students of MCG. Several hundred dollars were donated by the MCG students and faculty for the opportunity to creme their favorite MCG personality. Top money this year was bid for an old favorite, the lovable Dr. J. Robert Teabeaut, followed closely by Dr. Robert C. Little. The Aesculapian would like to express its personal thanks to the faculty members who participated in this event, and who demonstrated to all that it is much better to give than to receive. -' 1' :1 , -wr- fgz. . . Stunt Night originated as an opportunity for the Seniors of the School of Medicine to lash out at all aspects of their medical education that were vulnerable to satire. This grand old tradition has long since been passed into the hands of the Freshmen of Medicine who, proving themselves keen of wit and sharp of tongue, gladly sieze the opportunity to portray the lighter side of the plight of a medical student. Realizing that this may be their only chance to ridicule without fear of retalliation, these dauntless freshmen assume their positions upon the stage, and, forsaking all they hold sacred, proceed to produce an evening's entertainment which those with a Weak stomach have learned to avoid. The imagination, ingenuity, and showmanship of each class is here tested and always found thriving and, above all else, supremely entertaining. t !'0lNT ft
